HUMANIA is an open and non-partisan citizen platform project. We want to make government action more understandable and empower everyone to contribute to public debate. Every citizen should be informed of every action and decision of their democratically elected government.
Understanding public decisions
Rediscover the debates, commitments, and decisions. Explore budgets, expenditures, and public contracts. Link each analysis to its sources to better understand collective choices and their consequences.
To propose solutions
Submit a public policy idea, a citizen legislative proposal, or an amendment. Compare the options, their costs, benefits, and limitations, then refine the proposals through discussion.
Participate in consultations
Express your opinion in surveys, ask questions, and discuss issues respectfully. The results must clearly state the method and limits of participation: a consultation on the platform does not replace an official vote.
An accessible public memory
Our aim is to maintain a consultable record of what has been announced, debated, and accomplished. This record will help citizens follow the progress of projects and request explanations for discrepancies between commitments and results.

Artificial intelligence can summarize, compare, and structure information. It can also make mistakes or reproduce biases. Its analyses must distinguish between facts, interpretations, and uncertainties, present multiple perspectives, and remain open to criticism.

Our demand for transparency
Present the sources and their dates. Explain the methods. Indicate uncertainties and disagreements. Allow for corrections. Protect personal data.
An AI under human control
Impartiality is a process that must be verified, not a quality that can simply be promised. Analyses remain open to debate; decisions and responsibilities remain human.
